RGE Baltic – RGE Baltic is a wholly owned company within the RGE Group, setup in 2007 in Siauliai, Lithuania. The factory consists of a dediceated injection moulding production setup in a 9,000 sq ft manufacturing facility.

The company was setup to serve the Scandinavian and Eastern European Furniture industry and has expanded its role to be able to serve injection moulding and sub-assembly for markets from France to Russia and all in between.

The facility at RGE Baltic uses the most modern injection moulding equipment and is fully robotised with pick and place and automatic labellers on a number of machines. Although located in a Low Cost Country the philosophy behind the company has remained one of Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen principles. A Quality department has been setup under the supervision of the Group Quality department from the UK and is fully approved and audited with a number of major OEM's.
