Coronavirus Production Focus

During these difficult times a number of manufacturing companies have had to make drastic changes to their production. Here at RGE we were well placed to react quickly to the changing requirements of our customers.

We changed the focus of several production cells to proudly support our customers in the healthcare sector during this pandemic with the supply of vital plastic components. We are also pleased to announce that we have received a 100% Supplier Evalulation score from Siemens Healthineers - proving our quality and response times were at the highest level.

Our expertise in the materials handling market has also benefited additional businesses as we ramped up production and assembly services of plastic crates and pallet collars (pictured). These products were produced in their hundreds of thousands; allowing our customers to handle the boom in online sales and home deliveries.

Like many companies we have had to furlough a number of staff during these difficult times and we have been operational (albeit at reduced volumes) throughout. The staff that have been working at all of our sites during Covid19 have been truly amazing and we can't thank them enough.
