RGE Group has gained extensive experience in printing over a period of 26 years, initially in silkscreen and then developing a traditional pad printing system through to the latest CNC technology.
RGE has the facility to print both small single prints to multi-colour complex prints of up to 10 colours in one pass.
Our multitude of machines and processes can print a wide variety of components and materials from cooker knobs, electrical components and a wide range of white goods. Within the printing process RGE have experience of post processes such as assembly of components.
RGE support all new printing projects with a through NPI process (new product introduction) including an experienced engineering team to facilitate and develop a complete printing solution, with our in-house positive and plate making technology, and also our toolroom facilities for jigs and fixtures offers a comprehensive package. |
