design and development projec
t RGE worked with them to develop a
unique range of world class show jumping equipment.
The brief was to allow the components to travel so RGE produced a nylon star base that was assembled in pieces at the show event and could be stored within an easily transportable tube. Part of the equipment is a jump stand bracket that must withstand the impact of a horse. Jump for Joy took this test to the extreme by using a JCB loadall on a ramp instead of a horse. Fortunately the 50% glass filled nylon component was made to withstand this kind of
serious horse power!
