USA Production to Increase 400%

RGE USA looks set to increase production at its Newport, Tennessee site by approximately 400% by 2017 thanks in part to a significant new contract within the home goods sector.

In order to fulfil the new contract, significant investment has been made to improve both efficiency and output at the Newport site. This includes 10 new injection moulding machines, automation control systems and the latest in robotic technology. The investment will also see warehouse capacity doubled and many new job opportunities will be created in the local Newport area.
 

This is stage one of the expansion project and negotiations are already underway to further expand the site in order to continue to meet the growing demand for locally sourced products in the United States.
